memraize gives you fresh puzzles every day, for entertainment. By using the site you accept these terms.
Acceptable use
Solve puzzles, share your results, come back tomorrow. Do not scrape the site or the puzzle data, probe or attack the service, bypass access controls, or pass the puzzles off as your own.
Our content
The puzzles, the site design and the code that runs them belong to memraize. You may share your results and screenshots of your own play anywhere you like. You may not republish the puzzles themselves or offer them as part of another product.
Availability
The site is provided as it stands. We aim for a new puzzle every day but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection your local law grants you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
